About The Position
We are seeking a Scrum Lead for Wealth Management platform, who is enthusiastic about Agile as they are about serving our clients. Wealth Management clients touch multiple lines of business and serviced by our Self-Directed, Advised, and Institutional platforms. This resource would be part of a team supporting the 'Advice & Wealth Management Technology' division of Vanguard. You will use Agile methodologies to identify & track Risks, dependencies, and Process improvements for cross functional teams. As part of this role, you will be supporting 2-3 teams and be running product level operating ceremonies. As part of this role, you will be coaching and educating larger organization for continuous improvements and using metrics to improve predictability.
