About The Position

Terronics Development Corporation is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Technical Sales & Support Specialist. This unique position blends sales expertise with technical knowledge, making it ideal for someone passionate about innovative technology and customer engagement. In this role, you will work closely with our President/Mechanical Engineer, gaining in-depth knowledge of our cutting-edge electrostatic coating technologies. You will participate in on-the-job training to master the product and industry, with the expectation of a minimum one-year commitment to fully understand our processes and solutions. You will accompany the President/Mechanical Engineer on sales calls and act as the right-hand person to the President/Mechanical Engineer, assisting with communication between clients and employees, and ensuring seamless project execution. Additionally, you will travel occasionally for sales calls, representing Terronics at industry events and client meetings.
