About The Position

Legrand is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our Data, Power, and Control team on a remote basis. In this role, you will support customers across hyperscale, colocation, OEM/ODM, and enterprise environments by helping them adopt innovative high-density cooling solutions that meet the performance demands of AI/HPC, cloud, and enterprise workloads.Legrand is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable workplace where people of all genders, backgrounds, and experiences can thrive. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of technical sales or sales engineering experience in data center infrastructure is required.
  • Technical understanding of Direct-to-Chip (DTC) data center liquid cooling.
  • Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI/HPC environments, rack/cabinet ecosystems, or channel enablement (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture a diverse pipeline of data center cooling opportunities, collaborating with customers to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Lead technical discovery discussions and guide solution design to support customer goals.
  • Build clear and compelling TCO/ROI and sustainability narratives.
  • Partner with channel and ecosystem teams to strengthen their ability to position and support Legrand cooling technologies.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast information in CRM systems.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration, identifying opportunities to integrate broader Legrand solutions.
  • Provide actionable customer insights to help improve products and customer experience.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
