Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. This role is crucial in ensuring that the assigned revenue, margin, and product mix objectives are met or exceeded within the corporate business framework. The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for securing, developing, and managing key accounts, including architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-users. The position focuses on the Nudura residential business unit, which specializes in Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) for sustainable and durable exterior wall construction. The ideal candidate will reside in the Philadelphia area to effectively support the Eastern PA territory. The Technical Sales Representative will work primarily with existing accounts while also seeking and developing new opportunities to influence and increase the use of Tremco CPG products. This includes managing assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, and strategic initiatives. The representative will drive product specifications and project opportunities throughout the territory, leveraging industry knowledge and key relationships to develop trusted partnerships with customers. The role requires the preparation and delivery of strategic business plans and monthly forecasts for each customer, ensuring a consistent and efficient sales process. In addition to managing day-to-day contacts and addressing issues directly, the Technical Sales Representative will develop and deliver high-quality digital collateral, presentations, and business correspondence to support the sales process. Collaboration with senior staff for product knowledge training sessions and attendance at industry conventions and trade shows are also key responsibilities. The representative must maintain extensive product knowledge across all lines and adhere to company policies and operational procedures, ensuring a professional image is upheld.
