About The Position

Our client is a global engineering and manufacturing organization with over a century of expertise delivering highly engineered test and industrial solutions used across automotive, industrial, and advanced manufacturing environments. They are expanding their Technical Sales team and looking for an early -career professional who wants to learn how complex engineered products are sold, supported, and delivered to customers around the world. This is an onsite, collaborative role where you’ll work side -by -side with experienced sales professionals and engineers — gaining real exposure, mentorship, and long -term growth opportunities. This role is ideal if you want hands -on experience, not just administrative exposure.

Requirements

  • Early -career professionals with 0–5 years of experience
  • Internship, co -op, or entry -level experience in:
  • Technical sales
  • Engineering or applications support
  • Manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong interest in technical products and customer -facing work
  • Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative team setting
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn from experienced professionals

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer inquiries and technical product discussions
  • Learn how engineered solutions are applied across automotive and industrial environments
  • Assist with quotes, proposals, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, applications, and manufacturing teams
  • Participate in customer meetings, product demos, and internal strategy discussions
  • Maintain CRM activity and support ongoing sales initiatives
  • Occasionally support trade shows or customer visits (minimal travel)
