Our mission is to exceed customer expectations while maintaining the highest ethical standards. The Role: As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through lead generation, qualification, and closing of sales. This position will develop a territory sales plan utilizing marketing, distribution, and direct sales resources to set up new accounts and expand existing account products/services. What A Day In The Life Looks Like: Increase market share through cold calling and gaining new accounts Develop and implement business/territory marketing plans Create/negotiate proposals and manage the setup and closeout of contracts Maintain a Customer Resource Management (CRM) database

Requirements

  • Associate degree in related field
  • Three to five years related experience in technical business-to-business field sales
  • Excellent organizational skills - efficient & detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to analyze proposals, write contracts/change orders, and close deals
  • Experience maintaining a CRM database

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge and prior experience with scales and weighing systems
  • Five + years of technical sales experience
