Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4-year minimum work experience in CASE
  • Live in the Mid Atlantic US
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong adaptability, creativity, and drive to succeed
  • Strong team player; motivated and extremely customer centric
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective customers
  • Sales history of calling on multi-level plant or facilities management, and developing long term meaningful relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Working with an established customer base in the Mid Atlantic US (NY, DE, MD, NJ, PA, CT) to maintain and grow sales
  • Developing new customers and opportunities in the CASE market
  • Developing a robust new business pipeline to drive territory growth
  • Daily sales responsibilities include customer collaboration, forecasting, and open order management with emphasis on meeting both supplier and customer needs
  • Close collaboration with suppliers to provide technical support for new and existing customers
  • Submittal of call reports, open project reports, quarterly supplier reports and all other related sales reports
