About The Position

MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces. As part of our broader sustainable solutions platform, we also provide both chemistry and equipment for turnkey wastewater treatment and recycle and reuse solutions. Our industrial customer base is highly diverse and includes customers in the following end markets: appliances and electronics equipment; automotive parts; industrial parts; plumbing goods; construction equipment and transportation equipment. Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in industries such as aluminum / anodizing market / paint shop.
  • Bachelor degree.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business at major aluminum surface treatment accounts in North America.
  • Work directly with the Global Director and NA Business Development Manager to develop, train, and use our Roadmap to Revenue sales process on our ATLAS platform.
  • Develop relationships at existing customer base to maintain/grow business.
  • Assist with and develop strategic alliances/partnerships with OEM/Tier/applicator partners within North America as assigned to drive business.
  • Assist with Light Metal Solutions sales strategy in North America.
  • Deliver an agreed upon total of new business on an annual basis.
  • Assist with product installations, troubleshooting and provide technical service.
  • Complete and forward formalized monthly reports.
  • Manage and maintain Atlas/Sales Force customer data base.
  • Complete monthly T&E reports utilizing Chrome River management software.
  • Maintain proficiency in all aspects of our operation and products.
