Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in sales with a growth mindset.
  • Knowledge of the Clinical services is beneficial.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow instruction and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage prospects and convey value.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Understanding of sales processes and techniques with a focus on lead qualification.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, as well as Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new customers and new industries through the internet, phone calls, emails, faxes, industry meetings, sales calls, etc.
  • Meet sales goals set by the General manager.
  • Identify and research potential customers through various channels including social media, networking events, and cold outreach.
  • Assess the needs and readiness of potential clients to determine their suitability for the company’s products or services.
  • Conduct outbound communications via email, phone calls, and social media to engage prospects and introduce the company’s offerings.
  • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations between qualified leads and the sales team to facilitate the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and target key market segments.
  • Nurture leads through follow-up communications and engage them with relevant content to maintain interest.
  • Assist in marketing functions as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Base salary is set at $78,000, in addition to a 5% commission.
