About The Position

The Technical Sales Manager at Integer is responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction within assigned territories. This role serves as the primary interface between customers and the company, managing customer development programs and ensuring successful project execution. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to identify opportunities, facilitate communication, and leverage the company's capabilities to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; engineering strongly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Sales Manager role.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and sharing of information.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and timely responses.
  • Apply professional, product, and deep technical expertise.
  • Foster teamwork and build strong relationships.
  • Possess a global vision and think strategically.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Greatbatch Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
  • Support Account Executive to grow Greatbatch Medical revenue and share within territory and accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and identify ways to leverage all Greatbatch Medical capabilities to solve customer problems.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface and manager for customer development programs from initiation through execution.
  • Facilitate relationships between customers and Greatbatch project teams, coordinating project meetings and customer visits.
  • Engage with customers and Greatbatch technical communities to ensure smooth, on-time, and on-budget project completion.
  • Attend product development meetings and respond to business inquiries throughout the product development cycle.
  • Provide program updates to internal functions such as Account Executive and Director of Operations.
  • Work with Project Manager to manage and communicate pipeline milestones.
  • Coordinate inputs from sales and marketing to support project deliverables.
  • Attend new product opportunity discussions and capabilities presentations to support sales.
  • Own and execute all customer-driven Quality Agreements in collaboration with Greatbatch QA group.
  • Support marketing by identifying technical capabilities for product roadmaps and market analysis.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry meetings to enhance Greatbatch Medical's technical presence.
  • Enhance technical knowledge and applications engineering skills through various resources.
  • Support Account Executive in resolving contract, forecast, demand, quality, or other customer issues.
