About The Position

Innoviz Technologies supplies safety-critical, high-performance LiDAR sensors for assisted driving systems, autonomous robotaxis, and various smart infrastructure applications. We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our business team in North America to help convert a growing list of leads into sales and revenue. Reporting to the VP of Sales North America, your mission would be to secure new business opportunities in the Security market by understanding product-market fit, presenting Innoviz's advantages, aligning customer timelines, and closing deals with direct customers and distributors. This role would closely interact with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams at Innoviz HQ in Israel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B technical sales meeting or exceeding quota
  • Prior familiarity in GIS, SLAM, computer vision, robotics, perception, or AI
  • Strong technical foundation to conceptually grasp key customer problems
  • Willingness to travel within US & Canada
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, meeting or exceeding quota with proactive partner management skills, strategic vision, and proven growth
  • Familiarity in VMS, computer vision, radars, cameras, thermal, or lidar technology
  • Strong technical foundation to conceptually grasp key customer problems (i.e., sales hurdles)
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%) within the US & Canada

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in VMS integration procedures of Axis, Hanhwa Vision, Motorola, Genetec, Milestone, etc.
  • Prior sales experience in the LiDAR or optronics industries (photonics, EEL, fiber lasers, VCSELs, photodetectors, SPAD, SiPM, APD, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Mature existing relationships and develop new business in the North American S.M.A.R.T applications to increase Innoviz's presence in the security market by deploying sensors for surveillance & monitoring of high-value assets such as data centers, power plants, airports, shipyards, borders, prisons, and more
  • Leverage existing perception partners and increase VMS integrations to bring fully optimized lidar security solutions to end customers
  • Manage key account information in Salesforce, including meeting notes, contacts, forecast, and distributor information. Provide bi-weekly reports on strategic program status, new initiatives, customer traction, and KPIs
  • Attend and exhibit at relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences, including ISC West, GSX, Border Security Expo, etc., while promoting the Innoviz brand
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with both technical and purchasing teams at nationwide customer sites (requires travel within the United States)
  • Conduct sales pitches, onsite product demonstrations, and oversee the sales process for each account with the help of the field engineering & sales operations teams
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and sales terms with customers during the deal cycle
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to influence messaging, social media, and press releases
  • Provide market feedback to product development teams to impact the roadmap and future innovations
