Requirements
- Proven success selling sports, industrial, or roadway lighting
- Skilled working with specifiers, engineers, and contractors
- Confident, consultative, and adaptable communicator
- Comfortable managing a large, multi-state territory
Responsibilities
- Own and grow key relationships with top agents, schools, engineers, and specifiers
- Lead project development, quoting, and closing alongside our elite agent network
- Deliver dynamic presentations (Teams, lunch & learns, site visits)
- Be the go-to lighting expert in sports and industrial projects
- Travel regionally (~50%) to get deals DONE
