As a Technical Sales Manager for SASE, you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor to your assigned Managed Service Providers (MSP's) and partners, working closely with their Service Delivery and Service Assurance teams, enabling them on Palo Alto Networks' products (specifically Prisma SASE), and be the escalation point for those teams for any issues that require technical assistance. You will serve as the customer/partner's advocate within Palo Alto Networks and, based on learnings from your customer base, you will provide valuable feedback and input to our product management teams on new feature requests and product improvements.
