About The Position

Identify and engage new customers in the food and liquid supplement sectors for natural preservation, with a focus on developing and expanding market presence and driving revenue growth. Plan and conduct customer visits, understand customer needs, and identify sales opportunities. Present and promote technical and commercial advantages of our preservation portfolio to customers, including providing scientific and regulatory information as needed. Provide hands-on support to customers as they conduct benchtop laboratory, pilot-scale, and full-scale industrial trials at their facilities. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers, technical teams, and stakeholders at prospective and existing customer organizations. Drive the identification and development of new market segments and application fields for natural preservation portfolio within the food industry. Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, R D, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to support customer projects and deliver tailored solutions. Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM systems, document meeting reports, opportunities, and progress. Monitor and benchmark competitive products, market trends, and regulatory developments relevant to natural preservatives in food and supplements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a science-related field (food science, chemistry, nutrition) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in new business development or technical sales.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, strategic planning, and sales execution.
  • Ability to build and nurture high-value relationships and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, collaborative, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
