The Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) plays a pivotal role in sustaining and growing our base business, which includes Direct Accounts, Distribution and Integration Channel Partners, and Engine OEMs. As the primary technical and business representative for a defined customer base, the TSE is responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and aligning them with Enovation Controls' comprehensive suite of products and solutions. This role blends deep technical knowledge with strong customer-facing skills to support both new business development and ongoing relationship management. TSEs work across internal departments-such as Product Management, Marketing, and Applications Engineering-to deliver customized solutions and ensure long-term customer success.
