  • Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, including circuits, signals, digital systems, and embedded/ECU-level architectures.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply high-speed serial test methods, oscilloscope measurement techniques, and emerging high speed serial electrical standards.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret waveforms, debug issues, and reason through complex system behavior.
  • Genuine interest in working at the intersection of engineering, customer engagement, and business development, with the ability to translate technical insights into customer value.
  • 0–2 years of experience gained through internships, co-ops, senior design projects, competitive engineering teams, or hands-on lab coursework.
  • Practical experience with electronics, high-speed interfaces, and measurement tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers) is strongly preferred.
  • Willing to relocate to Chestnut Ridge, NY during the development program, and later to the assigned territory.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly.
