We are a global automotive supplier expanding into robotics and AI data center cooling systems. We’re looking for talented engineers with a background in mechanical, electronic, or manufacturing engineering who are excited about emerging technologies. You don’t need a robotics background—but you should be technically strong, a quick learner, and an excellent communicator who can connect engineering teams with customers and help turn ideas into real opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or thermal systems.
Strong technical foundation and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Curious, proactive, and passionate about emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers in robotics and AI sectors.
Understand and communicate mechanical, electronic, and thermal system principles.
Translate customer needs into technical proposals and solutions with internal teams.
Track market and technology trends in robotics and AI systems.
Provide customer feedback to guide product and R&D directions.
Support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Deliver impactful presentations, discussions, and demos to customers and partners.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
