The mission of the Technical Sales Enablement Engineer (TSEE) is to ensure that the global team of Forcepoint Sales Engineers are fully trained and enabled to technically sell and consult across Forcepoint’s product line. The goal of the TSEE is to ensure all sales engineers are well-trained and well-skilled in positioning, promoting, and selling Forcepoint products. The TSEE will need to design and maintain end-to-end enablement programs, orchestrating skills development in Sales Engineering, and ensuring all related activities are executed crisply. The TSEE will work closely with Sales Engineering to help them build a Forcepoint consulting practice, ensure the proper development of training assets, processes, and tools within Forcepoint and deepen partner relationships as they grow their skills investment into Forcepoint.
