About The Position

Working with our partner suppliers we offer off-the-shelf, pre-certified EMV and PCI-DSS-compliant solutions. We help our clients understand their options and select the best fit for their application. We are not tied to one manufacturer or solution provider and pride ourselves on being able to provide independent and informed recommendations to our customers. UCP was formed based on 20 years of experience in the UK and European markets, during which time EMV technology was first introduced. In partnership with our sister company, Hemisphere West Europe Ltd, we are well-positioned to offer advice and help our clients seeking to operate in either region.

Requirements

Retail or B2B Sales Experience
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Self motivated
Highly organized
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Web proficient, research oriented
Good understanding of basic IT terms (hardware, firmware, applications)
Quick learner
Committed to good customer service
Available full time M-F, 7:30 - 4:30
Can travel if required
High School Diploma, some college preferred
Must have valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
Clean background check
Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Take incoming leads from partners like equipment manufactures or gateway providers, convert them into new customers by matching them up with a suitable payment solution and selling them hardware and/or services.
Utilize the CRM to stay in front of leads and progressively move them through the sales process.
Create custom and precise quotes using company software.
