Technical Representative - Commercial Flooring

About the position

Now, we’re expanding in Arizona and looking for a Technical Representative in Phoenix to help grow our presence in the industrial market. Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing accounts through site inspections, proposals and material demonstrations
• Work closely with the sales team to provide accurate estimates and project details
• Measure floors and calculate material and labor needs for industrial projects
• Occasionally travel to support business growth and training
• Play a key role in expanding QuestMark’s footprint across Arizona’s booming industrial scene

Requirements

• Experience in commercial flooring or sales is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints (preferred, but not required)
• Strong time management skills and motivation to develop new business
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Ambition to grow into an outside sales role
