About The Position

WOOD is seeking a Mid‑Level Recruiter to support high‑volume, high‑priority hiring pipelines. This is a hands‑on recruiting role focused on sourcing, engaging, evaluating, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates across technical and cleared labor categories. You will serve as a primary execution engine inside Talent Acquisition, ensuring pipelines stay warm and hiring can activate without delay.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of full‑cycle or technical recruiting experience.
  • Strong ATS proficiency (iCIMS, Workday) and sourcing skills.
  • Ability to engage candidates over long timelines and maintain high‑quality pipelines.
  • Strong communication, organization, and process discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep‑dive screening for technical alignment and candidate readiness.
  • Maintain long‑term candidate relationships aligned to WOOD’s upcoming labor needs.
  • Manage candidate movement and communication throughout hiring workflows.
  • Support hiring managers with candidate updates and pipeline intelligence.
  • Maintain clean, compliant, and up‑to‑date data in iCIMS / Workday.
  • Provide insight into the market, candidate availability, and competitive trends.
  • Own sourcing and engagement strategies for complex or cleared positions.
