About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter, Senior to join our team in Tysons, VA. This role is responsible for driving full lifecycle recruiting for technical and leadership roles across engineering and construction functions with a strong emphasis on quality, speed, and candidate experience. This role partners with hiring leaders and project teams to build talent pipelines for engineering and construction leadership roles. The ideal candidate is experienced recruiting in technical disciplines and brings creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active talent.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting technical talent in telecommunications, engineering, or construction industries.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using Boolean, social platforms, and professional networks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and organization.
  • Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and structured hiring processes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 percent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in recruiting senior technical and field leadership positions.
  • Background in infrastructure, telecom engineering build, or low voltage systems.
  • Familiarity with industry certifications and role competencies (such as BICSI, TIA standards).
  • Experience supporting talent needs for data center, healthcare, or transportation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end recruiting for Telecommunications Engineering, Project Leadership, and Superintendent roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, role requirements, and team priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using targeted sourcing on job boards, LinkedIn, industry networks, and niche communities.
  • Manage the full candidate experience with timely communication from first contact to offer acceptance.
  • Represent the employer at industry events and recruiting functions focused on construction and engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with talent acquisition processes including OFCCP guidelines.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
  • Serve as an embedded recruiting partner to project teams when needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and compliance partners to maintain accurate documentation and alignment with hiring standards.
  • Support continuous improvement and share best practices with recruiting peers.
