Job Title Technical Quality Assurance – Advisor I TITLE: Technical Quality Assurance – Advisor I EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management) DUTIES: Leverage cutting-edge Generative and Agentic AI technologies to streamline and automate testing across user interfaces (UI), application programming interfaces (API), and system performance, all while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards. Conduct quality assurance functional testing, including designing, executing, and reporting bugs in an Agile environment. Create detailed test automation strategies and plans, and coordinate with clients to tailor automation solutions to their needs. Engage in DevOps activities using GitLab and AWS for version control and continuous integration. Work within an Agile methodology to develop and execute automation scripts for web and mobile applications. Design and develop test automation frameworks. Automate test cases and optimize script execution. Create test strategies, plans, and estimations. Coordinate with clients to ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective project automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving test automation engineering experience.
• 4 years programming in Python and Java
• 4 years working in DevSecOps
• 4 years working with AWS
• 2 years creating test automation tools using Generative AI models
• 1 year of test automation using SageMaker Model Monitor
• 1 year working with PyTorch and Scikit
• 1 year developing and evaluating machine learning models.

Responsibilities
