About The Position

TPG Architecture is hiring experienced Technical Project Professionals / Job Captain to effectively lead diverse projects for our Corporate / Commercial / Workplace Interiors / Retail Banking Interior's practice. We are seeking individuals who will excel in TPG's entrepreneurial culture and are excited about the possibility of adding to our thriving Studios.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience in Corporate/Commercial/Workplace Interiors
• Must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD when putting fully coordinated construction document sets together
• A strong understanding and experience with NYC/National DOB/Codes, compliance, filing strategies, base building infrastructure, landlord coordination, and consultant coordination through all project phases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A technical detail-oriented mindset and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
