As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for bridging our Technology and Product Leaders through communication and collaboration. You may lead a team of Program and Project Managers driving simple to complex, high priority projects or component phases of larger Application Development programs. You are accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. You will lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental and occasionally cross-company communication in the support of project completion within their portfolio.

  • Ensure project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed.
  • Manage and drive project schedule, risk and issue management, and scope change management.
  • Manage the project budget, including understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking, and managing project resources effectively.
  • Provide Project/Program status updates and Clarity Reporting.
  • Provide clear and concise project communication - both written and verbal.
  • Ensure adherence to and proper organization usage of project/program management practices in alignment with an agile methodology implementation.
  • Facilitate/manage project communications and stakeholder, client, and project team expectations.
  • Report on KPIs related to pipeline and execution portfolios, financials, and performance measures.
  • Support Backlog & Capacity Management through the management of new project flow into development.
  • Create and maintain project & capacity forecasting including allocations and variance.
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions.
  • Maintain Clarity (PPM tool), Version One & JIRA Management and publish appropriate reports.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; PMP and/or CSM certification preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive technology portfolio and project management experience, including management of major application development projects.
  • Proficient in Agile Methodology.
  • Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments.
  • Effective meeting management skills.
  • Demonstrated planning skills to identify project interdependencies and develop action plans.
  • Strong organizational skills to adapt to changes and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Critical thinking skills to provide options and recommendations for resolving issues.
