Axon’s People Operations and PMO team is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you’ll serve as the operational bridge between People Ops, IT, and other business functions both internally and externally to our department, ensuring alignment, reducing friction, and driving successful delivery of scalable systems and process improvements. You will bring structure to complexity, enabling strategic workforce and technology initiatives to land on time and with measurable value.
