About The Position

THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE - ROUGHLY 20-25 HOURS PER WEEK WILL BE EXPECTED OF THIS CANDIDATE. Overview: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to play a critical role in the success of our upcoming Microsoft 365 program. This role will partner closely with a Microsoft 365 Architect and shared stakeholders to drive planning, coordination, and execution across the initiative. The program will focus on migrating from internal file shares to OneDrive, transitioning to SharePoint Online, and re-evaluating the organization’s use of Microsoft Teams and related Microsoft 365 policies. This role is responsible for program leadership, delivery management, and change orchestration, ensuring technical decisions translate into executable plans and successful outcomes. Experience & Background: - 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale technology initiatives - Strong track record leading Microsoft platform or cloud transformation projects - Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across technical and non-technical teams - Experience working alongside architects and engineering leads in highly collaborative environments

  • Experiences as a Technical Project Manager leading Microsoft implementations, migrations, and environment setup is essential to success in this role, as the person will both guide the project from start to finish, and bring the technical leadership to ensure the 3 projects called out in this role are properly managed with the right stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project planning, timelines, milestones, and delivery execution
  • Manage stakeholder communication across IT, legal, security, and business teams
  • Facilitate decision-making forums, status reporting, and escalation paths
  • Coordinate technical workstreams and ensure alignment with architectural direction
  • Drive governance, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Translate architectural intent into actionable implementation plans
  • Support organizational change efforts, adoption planning, and rollout sequencing
  • Ensure outcomes align with business priorities and delivery commitments
