Technical Project Manager The Project Manager is responsible for continuous management of implementation and services programs for clients. As part of the client journey, the Project Manager maintains client relationships pre and post implementations. This role identifies opportunities to improve client security posture and ensures clients are optimizing the value from their NuHarbor Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related field. In lieu of a degree, two (2) years of experience in a relevant field.
  • 5 years’ work experience in Project/Program Management, Account Management, and/or Client Success
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects or programs from inception to completion for external clients
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Successful experience managing complex technology implementations across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute deployment and onboarding plans requiring close collaboration with both vendor and client personnel
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to be organized without a predetermined structure.
  • Demonstrated experience as a team player with a willingness to adapt to different client demands daily.
  • Experience working in an ITSM/ITIL structure and environment.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project and Service Management Software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify the complex for different stakeholders and audiences.
  • A Growth Mindset with the proven ability to solve problems that commonly arise in a fast growing and changing business and industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Cybersecurity or cloud deployment experience.
  • Certification in project/program management.
  • Experience, including certifications or formal training, in ITSM/ITIL and/or Lean.
  • Experience in running governance of complex deployment and usage projects.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Jira.

Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle of technical programs including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Drive cross-departmental collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions for NuHarbor Clients.
  • As part of an internal cross-functional client team, develop and build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and buy- in throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Identify and use appropriate metrics and KPI’s to effectively track project/program success.
  • Design finalized project plans for clients, assisting in the work breakdown structure and collaborating with internal and external teams to execute.
  • Manage project plans and create new plans as new onboardings are scheduled.
  • Tailor and share Project Management best practices with the NuHarbor team to ensure consistent and effective delivery of engagements requiring Project Management oversight.
  • Run meetings with clients to gather updates and report progress, documenting themes, and creating action plans to refine the delivery model.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues that may impact program delivery.
  • Ensure risks and mitigation plans are effectively communicated to internal cross-functional client team and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize program disruptions.
  • Conduct post-program evaluations to assess program outcomes, identify lessons learned, and capture best practices.
  • Use insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future program initiatives.
