As the Technical Project Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of software and IT initiatives, managing project lifecycles, and delivering innovative solutions.

  • Project Planning & Execution – Manage full project lifecycles, from planning and resource allocation to execution and KPI tracking.
  • Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with laboratory experts, software teams, and leadership to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Software Configuration & Implementation – Lead the setup and optimization of LIMS, customer solutions, and in-house software applications.
  • Change Management & Risk Mitigation – Identify project risks, manage changes, and ensure compliance with regulatory and technical requirements.
  • Team Leadership – Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field
  • st rong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • 6 + years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in LIMS or laboratory-related software solutions
  • Proficiency in multiple programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript, Python) with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  • Experience with software architecture and development, including microservices, API development, CI/CD tools, and automated testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with database management systems (SQL & NoSQL) and front-end frameworks (React, Angular) or mobile app development
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical members
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent preferred)
