About The Position

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is a customer-facing role that blends project management discipline with product-focused technical delivery. This role ensures that all product development and integration requirements tied to customer implementations are effectively managed and delivered. The TPM is responsible for both a holistic portfolio-level view of product-related customer commitments and the detailed execution of requirements unique to each customer. They serve as the primary coordinator of cross-functional activities between Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Technical Solutions teams. This role may also be assigned to standard project management duties, supporting enterprise customer engagements with the planning, coordination, and governance required to deliver successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in SaaS implementations, integrations, product discovery, and public sector enterprise projects, with expertise in Agile delivery, requirements management, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of combined experience in technical project management, SaaS implementation, integrations, and/or product discovery roles.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level customer implementations in the public sector or highly regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in requirements management, product discovery, integration coordination, and implementation planning.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Lucidchart, and similar collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or SAFe/Agile certifications.
  • Experience with grants management systems or public finance technology.
  • Familiarity with the Euna Grants (AmpliFund) platform.
  • Exposure to co-development or shared product ownership models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support enterprise-level SaaS implementation projects from initiation through closure.
  • Collaborate with customer project managers to establish delivery processes, align milestones, and define shared responsibilities.
  • Facilitate implementation discovery sessions to assess current-state business processes and define future-state workflows in Euna Grants.
  • Partner with Implementation and Technical Solutions teams to validate configuration designs and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Coordinate implementation activities to ensure requirements, configurations, and integrations are delivered successfully.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by planning test scenarios, coordinating execution, and validating results with customer stakeholders.
  • Establish repeatable frameworks for requirements gathering, validation, integration, and handoff to ensure consistency across engagements.
  • Facilitate readiness planning for customer-facing feature launches and new product releases.
  • Monitor project progress, track risks and issues, and provide transparent updates to customer stakeholders and Euna leadership.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with Euna's Code of Ethics, risk management standards, and public-sector governance requirements.
  • Facilitate customer discovery workshops to capture business needs, document requirements, and identify product or integration gaps.
  • Partner with Technical Solutions Specialists and Product Managers to translate customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate integration requirements across implementations, including data mapping, APIs, authentication, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain integration documentation such as interface specifications, data dictionaries, and system diagrams.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate feasibility of integration and design requests, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities.
  • Support user research and feedback loops, contributing to product design decisions and ensuring customer workflows are reflected in solution architecture.
  • Collaborate across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to align delivery activities with customer needs.
  • Partner with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure development timelines support enterprise delivery commitments.
  • Support RFP responses, Statements of Work (SOWs), and pre-sales solutioning activities.
