Our ideal candidate will boast a solid foundation in project/product experience, and prior hands-on technical expertise who can effectively lead initiatives and bridge the gap between technical and business teams. Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in project or program management within a technical environment.
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a client-facing or consulting setting.
Prior hands-on technical experience (e.g., software engineering or similar) with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and infrastructure concepts, with experience supporting teams operating in cloud-based environments.
Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex technical projects from inception to completion.
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead day-to-day project execution, including sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking.
Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple initiatives while ensuring timely delivery.
Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and client stakeholders to drive alignment and transparency.
Leverage past technical experience to support architectural discussions, unblock teams, and guide decision-making.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance team efficiency and delivery outcomes.
