About The Position

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) for Data Engineering and EDI is responsible for end-to-end ownership of complex, data-driven initiatives spanning internal data and reporting platforms, EDI/X12 integrations, external vendors, and downstream claims and reporting systems. This role is hands-on and outcome driven. The TPM is expected to understand how IHCS systems fit together, anticipate downstream impacts, and actively manage scope, dependencies, risks, and deliverables — not simply coordinate meetings or produce call summaries. The TPM partners closely with Data Engineering, EDI and external vendors to ensure projects remain on course, deliver measurable value, and integrate cleanly into the broader IHCS ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare systems and operational knowledge and uses it to identify practical opportunities for improvement and innovation, while embodying our company values of service with compassion, accountability, integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
