In this position... As a Technical Program Manager / Project Manager for the CCaaS platform, you will be a key driver in orchestrating delivery of critical migration projects within CCaaS. You will work closely with Leadership, Vendors, Product Managers/Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and development teams to translate strategic roadmaps into executable plans and prioritized backlogs—while providing strong agile leadership, cross-team coordination, and financial/operational portfolio management. This role requires strategic thinking with strong execution focus, and the ability to align business, technical, and security workstreams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering).
  • 10+ years with progressive responsibilities in IT, Program Management, Release Management, Project Management, and Agile Processes / Agile Framework.
  • 10+ years in Voice Technology – On-Prem and CCaaS. Deep understanding of NiCE, Verint, Cisco and other related technologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead all Project Management ceremonies and agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-Ups, Iteration Planning, Release Planning, Backlog Grooming, Team Retros, etc.) and product discussions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the team’s flow load, working within and across teams to align work and capacity.
  • Communicate openly and frequently with the team by being responsive to address issues, risks, blockers, and dependencies (including in-person prompts as applicable).
  • Create high level milestones and Executive presentations providing status, risks and dependencies. Create detailed project plans and collect status from various product teams ensuring plan is kept up to date.
  • Assess overall product health and prompt key decisions to move it forward
