About The Position

Are you a motivated engineer with experience in factory automation systems who naturally takes ownership of projects? Do you see risks before they become problems and instinctively align people, priorities, and timelines? At AeroSpec, our Project Managers don’t track projects — they drive them. If you thrive in fast-moving technical environments, enjoy coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, and want to own real outcomes (schedule, scope, budget, and customer success), this role offers a meaningful next step in your career. Position Overview As a Lead Project Manager, you will serve as the technical and execution leader for custom automation projects. You will assume responsibility at quote handoff and guide projects through engineering, build, integration, FAT, installation, and closeout. This role blends deep technical leadership with structured project ownership. You will lead—not assist—cross-functional teams to remove barriers, manage technical and schedule risk, and ensure successful project outcomes.
