Technical Project Manager
About The Position
OneReach.ai builds conversational AI and automation tools that help organizations improve how they communicate and operate. Founded by Robb Wilson, author of Age of Invisible Machines, the company focuses on practical, human-centered automation for real business use cases. Our no-code/low-code platform enables teams to design and manage AI-driven workflows, virtual assistants, and system integrations across channels. Customers use the platform to automate processes, personalize interactions, and connect existing enterprise tools - reducing manual work and improving efficiency at scale. Position Overview We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead client-facing software projects and translate business needs into technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, experience managing multiple projects, and a proven ability to collaborate with clients and engineering teams in a fast-paced, modern software environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to work 3 days in person from our office in Berkeley, CA
- 2+ years of proven experience in client-facing management roles (Business Analysis, IT Project Management, IT Product Ownership, etc.).
- 2+ years of technical experience in software engineering, data engineering, or quality assurance.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Critical and creative mindset with a track record of translating business visions into practical technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Proven experience managing time frames and budgets.
- Experience in project management within modern software environments, including technical project oversight.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Algorithms, Data Structures, and Cloud Solutions.
- Previous exposure to B2B SaaS products.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master the intricacies of the OneReach.ai platform.
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and expectations, translating them clearly to the solutions delivery team.
- Develop compelling pre-sales demonstrations and maintain updated client proposals throughout all project stages.
- Prioritize, plan, and coordinate project development activities to meet customer requirements.
- Lead day-to-day development activities across multiple projects, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- Consolidate product information from various sources to produce detailed technical documentation and proposals.
- Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and profitability margins.
