Requirements

8+ Years Experience
Good understanding on Java code and hands on experience in Postgres,SQL
Technical Program Management: Agile delivery, release governance, stakeholder engagement, risk/dependency management
Hands on experience tracking project progress, monitoring & tracking, risk management, change control, Quality control and project estimation covering all phases of the life cycle in Agile
Good experience on Agile methodologies
Debugging the issues and helping the team on issues
Creativity & Problem-Solving
Adaptability & Flexibility
Aptitude for technology; curiosity, passion and startup mindset
Applied statistics skills: distributions, statistical testing, regression analysis
Innovative thinking
