Bluesight is seeking a passionate Technical Project Manager to ensure our clients have the best possible experience. They are the public face of Bluesight to the customers and are responsible for forming relationships with clinicians and end-users of Bluesight’s products. This position is a key member of the customer-facing Support team and is responsible for de-escalating and resolving customer issues and coordinating projects that improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail, loves to interact with people, and can operate in an environment that is often ambiguous and requires creativity to resolve issues.
