About The Position

solidcore is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our HQ team. Our ideal Technical Project Manager will manage how the organization integrates and adopts new technology including a new HRIS (Human Resource Information System) provider. This role would be responsible for collaborating cross functionally and leading various organizational projects. This includes driving alignment with leaders, managing multiple project timelines, and drafting executive-facing communications. Located in Arlington, Virginia and reporting to the Director of Digital, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience
• Must have strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written
• Must possess a strong sense of urgency
• Must have 4+ years of Project Management Experience
• Must be local to the Arlington/DMV area

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Experience with the implementation of HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, ADP, etc.

Responsibilities

• Work with solidcore’s various leadership and team to manage the implementation of a new HRIS system as well as other systems across the organization
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies in alignment with solidcore’s business objectives
• Establish and manage project plans, business case development, milestones, risk assessments in partnership with the HR technology team
• Coach and consult leaders, teams, partners, and individuals to adopt new ways of working and navigating change initiatives
• Provide strategic and tactical thought leadership, leveraging data and experience to influence discussions and provide leadership recommendations
• Actively monitor project risks, scope, and facilitate communication for key stakeholder alignment, approvals, and recommendations to remove identified barriers
• Own and lead meetings, including establishing project charters, agenda preparation, project presentation updates, progress tracking, timeline/calendars and overall project status
• Collaborate with teams to enhance how they leverage digital tools and systems
