At Fiserv, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to implement our Payment product and integrate it with ERP solutions and shopping cart solutions to meet the B2B payment needs of enterprise-size businesses. This role involves designing, developing, coding, implementing, debugging, testing, and deploying application solutions across various industries. The Technical Project Manager will analyze customer requirements, provide technical support to end-users, and assist with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting. The position requires the use of Microsoft technologies for product development and implementation, as well as providing technical guidance and support to customers. Additionally, the role includes identifying and resolving technical and operational issues that may arise during project implementation, implementing best practices in coding, testing, and documentation, overseeing project planning and execution, coordinating project resources, allocating tasks, and monitoring progress. The Technical Project Manager will also identify and mitigate project risks and issues while maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, technical documentation, and status reports.
