About The Position

• Basic understanding of APIs and technical concepts

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Dynamic Yield's QSR vertical (Quick Service Restaurants)
• Oversee a portfolio of complex technical projects, ensuring resources are available to meet timelines
• Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to review technical projects and address open issues
• Communicate necessary actions proactively and concisely to relevant teams
• Adapt to shifting priorities and project requirements while maintaining flexibility
• Serve as a trusted advisor to a key customer, facilitating technical support across various teams
• Develop new processes to facilitate smoother operations
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of learning
