The Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Technology Strategy team partners with senior leaders to define and execute technology priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and support decision-making across the organization. Your problem-solving skills will help deliver projects that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
  • Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
  • Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
  • Excellent and efficient skills using spreadsheets, presentation tools and AI applications
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and openness to active developmental feedback from peers

Responsibilities

  • Define and deconstruct problems, and analyze operational and financial data
  • Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
  • Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses
  • Identify implications and "so whats" of data and analysis within the team
  • Work collaboratively with team members across lines of business and cross-functional teams
  • Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings and strategic events
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communications
  • Contribute to the development and execution of technology strategy and priorities
