About The Position

As a Technical Project Manager II, you'll lead 5-15 engineers, driving execution of complex programs in regulated environments. You will apply technical fluency, program management, and relationship skills to deliver solutions in networks, edge, identity, and cybersecurity. Success requires clear, structured communication, process building, and aligning engineering execution with organizational strategy, customer needs, and federal compliance.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field or its equivalent
  • Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
  • Show some experience of managing and delivering technical customer projects successfully
  • Show understanding of network, web performance, and application/network security technologies/architectures as well as project management methodologies
  • Demonstrate experience in managing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrate communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers across various levels

Responsibilities

  • Leading small, high-performing teams of engineers, ensuring clarity of objectives, accountability, and timely delivery of program milestones
  • Planning, tracking, and managing technical projects from initiation through delivery, balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Serving as the primary interface between engineering teams, leadership, and customer stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with federal contract requirements, including applicable policies, regulations, and reporting obligations
  • Developing, documenting, and improving internal processes to support program execution and organizational efficiency
  • Facilitating communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring risks, dependencies, and progress are clearly understood
  • Supporting proposal development and program reporting activities when engaging with customers
  • Fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment that enables engineers to succeed and grow
