Utilize tools, process and knowledge to integrate and maintain Akamai security, media, and performance solutions with client networks. Collaborate and work with account teams to evaluate customer architecture and deliver the best of class solutions. Ensure customer success by focusing on best practice and our portfolio, helping them develop a long-term strategy. Partner cross-functionally to review and ensure integration efficiency, deliver high quality service and ensure customer engagement. Participate in internal projects to contribute to best practices and improve our methodology and quality of integrations. Deliver technical projects successfully utilizing knowledge of internet protocols such as DNS, TCP/IP, and HTTP. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the United States.
