Avtec, a Motorola Solutions company, provides dispatch consoles for mission-critical and business-critical operations centers. With the long lifespan, software-based Scout system, Avtec continues its legacy of providing proven, trusted, and reliable solutions to clients around the world. The Customer Success team is responsible for implementing and supporting Avtec projects sold through the company’s sales channels. The team is held accountable for reaching business targets associated with customer satisfaction, revenue, and budget. The Customer Success team works closely with all other departments throughout the organization to ensure successful projects and long-term customers. As the liaison between the customer and the organization, the PM leads and performs the efforts required to implement the communications system including project management, design and configuration, installation, training, and system optimization. The PM must have advanced organizational and technical skills. The role will require the organization and management of cross-functional teams that include internal and external resources (customers, consultants, contractors, vendors). The role requires a strong technical aptitude and understanding of Avtec’s products and related technologies in order to advise customers on their implementation. The candidate must be well versed in interpersonal communications and able to build rapport and long term relationships with the customers and team members.
