Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Requirements

Strong knowledge of Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering
Experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI and AWS SageMaker
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and GitHub Enterprise
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
15+ years of IT experience with a focus on technical project/program management
Proven experience delivering AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree preferred), or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

PMP, Scrum Master, or AI-related certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI programs, including Customer Self Service and Agent Experience solutions
Manage full project lifecycle from planning through deployment, including RAG implementations
Drive Agile/Scrum execution, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous improvement
Coordinate cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, developers, business stakeholders)
Translate complex AI/ML concepts into clear business outcomes and measurable value
Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
Communicate status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
