Job Summary Comcast Cable is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Network Organization as part of a large-scale Agentic AI Project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multiple technical workstreams within a larger program, particularly in an agile environment. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively coordinate and drive various technical initiatives to successful completion. Job Description This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship. Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple technical workstreams in an agile environment.
• Expert understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to leadership.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, SmartSheets, and Gantt Charts.
• Ability to manage teams across different time zones effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address risks proactively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly with Comcast Cable, is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-driven projects and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee 7-8 different technical workstreams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project components.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, SmartSheets, and Gantt Charts to track progress and communicate updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across different workstreams, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
• Provide regular updates, status reports, and risk assessments to leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members across different time zones.
• Hold team members accountable for deliverables and timelines, ensuring high performance and quality outcomes.
• Drive decision-making processes by asking pertinent questions and facilitating discussions among stakeholders.
• Visualize and articulate the project plan, driving it upwards to align with organizational objectives.
