About The Position

Inside the Role Uses specific technical knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for a technical process or project. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets. Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Ensures adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables. Analyzes and documents requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization. May manage the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of $117,000 – $150,000 USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree Engineering, business or related field
  • 5 years of progressive project leadership experience
  • Ability to employ analytical thought to independently solve complex problems with minimal guidance and identify solutions
  • Ability to lead team or department projects or work streams within broader projects
  • Ability to advice management and key external stakeholders on projects
  • Acts as a resource and guide for colleagues with less experience
  • Must collaborate successfully with intercultural, global teams, including time zone constraints

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering or technical Experience with automotive software or electrical/electronic component development preferred
  • Experience with automotive vehicle instrumentation component development preferred
