The Technical Portfolio Lead will lead and execute strategic initiatives and business processes. Key responsibilities include: Act as Global Process owner (GPO) for Tech Transfer and scale up, lead PCT to support of QMS Revolution 2.0 and the success of this L2 associated workstream team Lead complex, and high-impact strategic T4- T5 initiatives, including complex Tech Transfer or investigations. Lead strategic and continuous improvement initiatives in NP-LCM Lead the Cross-GTEL LCM Governance forum – a GTEL cross-functional forum that manages and owns the full post-marketed product lifecycle Provides end-to-end initiative, program, project of global cross-functional matrix teams to deliver complex tech transfers on-time and on-budget and aligned with PGS processes, procedures, and best practices. Where performing project management role, responsible for full project management cycle including creating project charter and plans, resource forecasting, schedule development and tracking, and leadership of the team. Leadership of Complex technical investigations according to established procedures Performs technical assessment and due diligence of new business / sourcing opportunities, including evaluation of technical risks and mitigations, resourcing, and financial requirements, and estimated high-level timelines. Recommendations feed into the GTEL & ES Sourcing process. Supports technical, process & product risk assessments. Provides updates on projects and technical activities, including risks and mitigations, via iTT reporting and the IMEx Leadership ecosystem structure. May be responsible for a project, program, or team operational budget.   • BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience or PhD/JD with at least 5 years of experience or MD/DVM with at least 4 years of experience
  • Technical expertise and familiarity with co-development, tech transfer, manufacturing or engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple high-complexity, high-risk, high-dollar value projects and lead cross-functional teams at the T4-T5 level.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, and oversee and guide the work of colleagues from cross functional teams to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
