About The Position

We are searching for a Technical Project Lead for our Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland location. This position will be onsite, 5 days a week. Primary responsibility will be to technically manage cost, schedule, and performance of R&D engineering projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, physics or other related discipline plus at least 7 years of engineering experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project lead role technically managing cost, schedule and performance of R&D engineering projects.
• Position requires an active Top Secret clearance, with SCI eligibility.
• US Citizenship.
• Robust knowledge/experience of EO/IR technologies, RF technologies or Electronic Warfare (EW) technologies.
• Experience with military system RDT&E processes and organizations.

Nice To Haves

• EW SME with Army project leader experience.
• Prior DOD civilian project leader or military project/product manager.
