The Technical Project Administrator – Permitting and Easements works with internal project teams to ensure administrative and technical support functions related to permitting and easements are delivered accurately and on time. This role supports utility and telecommunications projects by coordinating permitting activities, researching right-of-way and easement information, and maintaining complete and accurate project documentation. The Administrator prepares and manages project packages used by Field Technicians, Designers, Engineers, and Supervisors from initial inquiry through permitting and construction readiness. This position collaborates closely with Project Engineers and Supervisors to coordinate activities, track milestones, and record progress against established goals and metrics. This role is more heavily focused on permitting coordination, easement research, courthouse and public records work, and landowner interaction, with CAD skills serving as a supporting capability rather than a primary responsibility. Monthly travel is required (typically 1–2 times per month), primarily within Georgia and South Carolina, to support courthouse research, municipal coordination, and project-related field activities.
